CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum bachelor degree or last year students (4th or 5th year) are welcome
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Good knowledge of German
- Communication skills
- Availability
- Self-reliance and responsibility
- Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing the requests (answering phone calls and e-mails) from clients using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Phone service such as client training
- First line support for clients using EDI and CRM
