Service Desk Operator – German Speaker

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT or last year students (4th or 5th year)
  • Excellent command of German is essential
  • Good written and spoken command of English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-reliance and responsibility
  • Ability to work under time pressure


  • Providing technical support and world-class customer service via phone and e-mail for clients using COMARCH E-Invoicing/EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Services and other IT solutions
  • Organizing training for clients presenting information of our products and services
  • Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
