Candidate profile

• 2+ year(s) experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience maintaining production software.
• Technical background and good knowledge of Linux, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
• Experience in monitoring/alerting systems maintenance and configuration (Grafana, Nagios and Kibana).
• Familiarity with relational database and basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience in using deployment tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Containers, Kubernetes and native Cloud services will be an advantage.
• Very good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ITIL and incident management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and impressive efficiencies and productivity.
