System Engineer

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum Bachelor of IT engineering or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience on position of System/DB Admin
• Hands-on experience on MongoDB Administration
• Good understanding of DB schema design, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Experience the areas (expertise in multiple areas will be a plus): Linux, Windows, DB, Networking, Virtualization, Storage
• English proficiency of C1 according to the CEFR
• Demonstrated ability of maintaining strong customer relationships
• Problem solving attitude and strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel - up to 50% of work time
• Technical certifications: Red Hat/WMware/MongoDB will be an asset

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing on-site support and expertise for the key customers in South-Asia region
• Analyzing of customers needs for IT services
• Technical support in preparing the offers for potential customers
• Support in presenting offers and solutions
• Maintaining hosting environments  Cloud and VMWare based including troubleshooting related issues
• Preparing and managing  technical documentation for maintained solutions
• Active cooperation with Data Center Team located in EU
