Technical Support Consultant

Working as a technical support consultant, you will support projects on the border of IT and business. We are looking for communicative people, ready to learn and not afraid of challenges. An analytical mind and the ability to draw key conclusions will also be an asset.


• Higher education (Telecommunication, IT)
• Ability to analyze and diagnose technical problems
• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Linux and SQL is welcome
• Good knowledge of various telecommunications technology domains: RAN, TPT, FA, MFC


• Support for the client in the use of the Comarch OSS system implemented in the area of various technological domains
• Cooperation with the first line of support carried out by the client's representative
• Cooperation with support provided by Comarch
• Verifying, diagnosing and coordinating the resolution of reported incidents by the client
• Responding to events detected by automatic monitoring of maintained projects
• Maintaining implementation and design documentation
• Testing delivered fixes
• Working in the client's office
• Cooperation with the JIRA system ext. and the customer's HPSM ticketing system
