Candidate profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or any related fields.
• Certifications in project management or telecommunications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, TM Forum, CCNA) – preferred.
• Knowledge of signaling and data transmission protocols in telecommunications networks, such as SS7, Diameter, SIP, HTTP/2.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems, particularly in configuration, integration, and testing in Core environments.
• Practical knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL, PL/SQL) and data management tools (e.g., SQL Developer).
• Programming and process automation skills using Python, XML/XSLT, JSON.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and version control systems (Git, GitLab).
• Knowledge of issue tracking and reporting systems, such as JIRA Service Desk.
• Understanding of Core network architecture (4G, 5G, IMS, VoLTE) and 3GPP standards.
• Experience in integrating and managing network elements in the Core domain, such as MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF, NEF, NRF.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, creating technical specifications, and translating business requirements into technical ones.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Japan (both spoken and written).

Your responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and gather detailed technical requirements.
• Managing and resolving client issues, escalating more complex matters to the R&D team.
• Overseeing the implementation of the OSS system using skills in SQL, Python and JMeter.
• Conducting comprehensive tests to ensure system compliance with performance and functionality requirements.
• Documenting and tracking progress and issues in JIRA.
• Preparing detailed reports and keep records updated for ongoing projects and changes.
• Taking initiative in identifying and eliminating areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing ROM/BPM scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
