Ready to advise Comarch’s customer in Telecommunications industry about the analysis and optimization of their processes as well as the description of IT related requirements? Apply and join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. You will focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing solutions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in computer science, telecommunication engineering or related fields
  • Preferable unique knowledge of Comarch Enterprise BSS Solution (at least in one area CRM, SelfCare, eShop, Order Management, Convergent Billing, Revenue Management)
  • Good knowledge of industry standards in Telecommunications (BSS/OSS)
  • Extensive experience in scrum/agile methodology, system modelling, analysis, , translating customer requirements into a compliant applications architecture and technical applications designs and/or reference architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable technologies, industry disciplines, regulatory and technical standards and application components
  • Very good knowledge of Angular 6+ framework
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Teamwork skills, positive attitude, readiness to seek for solutions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the customer in analysis process by taking into account client needs, system possibilities and end-user experience
  • Focusing on implementing customer’s requirements 
  • Maintaining good and continuous communication with customer in order to monitor the analysis and delivery progress
  • Explain results to customers, collect feedback and improvement suggestions, communicate and mediate to understand issues
  • Effectively communicate with developers & designers to accomplish goals, develop creative solutions, verify results and quality
  • Managing the implementation by establishing team goals, monitoring progress
  • Analysing delivery risks
  • Conducting internal and external (client dedicated) trainings
  • Conducting unit test and debug, documentation
  • Listen, discover and actively gather customer requirements, understand business needs, refine questions and priorities
