CANDIDATE PROFILE:- Bachelor degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, IT)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with business customers (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, IT)
- Fluent English
- Very good Spanish (essential)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
- Knowledge of software supporting sales and loyalty programs
- Very Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize own work
- Knowledge of retail or travel industry would be an advantage
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Close cooperation with clients in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations
- Cooperation with Software Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements
- Configuration of loyalty management application
- Testing of configured rules in the system to assure business requirements compliance
- Analysis of the loyalty program performance
- Coordination of external contractors and marketing service suppliers
- Business and technical consultations for clients
