CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is required
• Basic knowledge of Oracle/J2EE stack
• Experience in data manipulation and transforming data into management-level presentations is preferred
• Proven analytical skills, self-reliance and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple projects

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed business analysis, including problem identification, opportunity assessment, and solution development
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create software requirement specifications
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs and requirements are met
• Develop workflow diagrams to visually represent business processes
• Identify roadblocks with business requirements and recommend solutions
• Support the planning and delivery of customer meetings and presentations
