Business Analyst

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in computer science, telecommunication engineering or related fields
• Experience in conducting technical and business analysis with client: most important experience into modelling business processes, creating solutions and providing technical advice into possible issues
• Knowledge MS Visio, MS Excel, BPMN, UML
• Knowledge of requirements specification techniques (Use Cases, User Stories)
• Good knowledge of industry standards in Telecommunications (BSS- Business Support System, OSS -Operations/Operational Support System)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Analytical approach, curiosity, identifying potential problems, looking ahead
• Teamwork skills, positive attitude, readiness to seek for solution

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listen, discover and actively gather customer requirements, understand business needs, refine questions and priorities
• Effectively communicate with developers & designers to accomplish goals, develop creative solutions, verify results and quality
• Explain results to customers, collect feedback and improvement suggestions, communicate and mediate to understand issues
• Specify documentation requests, verify documents quality, participate in improving existing information
• Improve analytical templates, gather lessons learned, cooperate in process improvement, develop new tools & templates
• Provide support to Quality Assurance, Software Development and Product Teams
