Business Analyst- Loyalty Programs

As part of the Marketing Communications team (Oil and Gas Retail industry), you will be responsible for insight analyzing, developing and deploying marketing initiatives aligned with the consumer offer strategy (Branded Wholesalers - gasolines and diesel).Growing loyalty program membership, loyalty tiers, volume, and overall customer experience (CX). The role will support the loyalty program mobile app transition and UX enhancements to grow consumer engagement, transactions and convenience store volumes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field
  • 3+ years proven data analytics experience – data mining, cleansing, test/learns, insight generation, and data modelling basics
  • Ability to analyze trends, distilling key insights and optimizing to produce measurable business results
  • Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other data software and platforms
  • Experience in working with multiple vendors and project teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills


  • Generate user data reports and act on insights
  • Measure campaign performance and recommend optimizations as well as improvements
  • Leverage emerging e-commerce business models and loyalty aggregators to provide third party promotional offers across various target verticals
  • Support coordinating activities around Customer Experience (CX)
  • Follows and analyzes Mine Medallia and Google reviews to better understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and pain points
  • Utilize CX data to develop actionable insights
