Business Analyst- TELCO

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field
• Solid, hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in OSS (Operations Support Systems) and/or BSS (Business Support Systems), is a must
• Proven experience in conducting technical and business analysis, including: Business process modelling, Solution design,Providing technical insights and issue resolution
• Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Excel, BPMN, and UML
• Familiarity with requirements specification techniques (Use Cases, User Stories)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively seek solutions
• Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving approach

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to understand business needs and priorities
• Collaborate with developers and designers to develop and implement creative solutions
• Ensure quality by verifying results and collecting customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Prepare, review, and enhance documentation to maintain high-quality project records
• Improve analytical templates, document lessons learned, and contribute to process enhancements
• Support Quality Assurance, Software Development, and Product Teams in delivering top-tier solutions
