Candidate Profile

• Higher education degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Proven high-level sales skills with successful negotiation and account management experience
• Strong leadership abilities in team building and management
• Ready and willing to travel extensively throughout the Middle East region
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities to expand our presence in the region
• Manage and grow relationships with top accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Build, lead, and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to align sales strategies with company goals
