Business Development Manager

Join Comarch as a Business Development Manager and help us expand our Loyalty solutions in the UK market. In this role, you will build strong relationships with executive-level decision makers, drive new business opportunities, and represent Comarch at key industry events. We’re looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record in software sales, ideally within MarTech and Loyalty. Candidate profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in MarTech and Loyalty solutions
- Strong network of executive-level contacts in the UK market
- Excellent command of English (Polish is an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Your responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, product demos, and workshops
- Lead the preparation of tailored business proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Manage and develop client accounts in the UK, ensuring high customer satisfaction and acting as the voice of the customer within internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive-level decision makers
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote Comarch’s expertise and brand visibility in the UK
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences
- Collaborate with global Comarch teams (marketing, product, delivery) to support business development strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
