Business Development Manager – Loyalty

Candidate profile

  • Degree in Marketing Economics, IT, Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or loyalty program management
  • Strong experience & familiarity with Loyalty concepts and platforms, CRMs and MarTech sector
  • Being up-to-date with online marketing best practices and current US market trends
  • Strong and confident with presentation, communication and demonstration skills
  • Fluent in English

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify growth potential inside target markets
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, nurturing relationships from initial contact to deal closure in the field of loyalty and customer engagement
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients
  • Attend conferences and trade shows
  • Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and most client-facing materials during the sales process (offers, presentations, etc.)
  • Prepare, negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients (in co-operation with the legal department, business development director and sales director)

Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.

  • Base Salary Range:$106,000.00 - $172,000.00/yr., actual pay will be based on relevant qualifications and experience
