We are looking for Business Development Specialists to engage in pre-sales and account management, as well as market screening and business development activities in the telecommunications industry. Located in New York, Chicago and Phoenix, we invite anyone who is passionate, motivated and versatile to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate and assist Department Director in the development and implementation of telecommunication marketing initiatives and campaigns for the US market
• Source and grow a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads
• Constantly achieve a sales and profit goals
• Facilitate pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetingsand contract negotiation
• Actively manage existing customer accounts, addressing key objectives and strategy,concerns and escalations, overall status and new sales opportunities
• Deliver in-person sales presentations to prospective clients
• Research and stay updated with telecommunication industry trends and insights
• Attend and actively participate in conferences and industry events

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in business, computer science, telecommunications, or technical studies
• Desire to work in sales and build a career in sales
• Intellectual agility to learn the telecommunication USA landscape
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, CRM and telecommunication processes
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and functional needs
• Goal oriented attitude. Outgoing personality and a good listener
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability for business trips (approximately 40% of working time)
• Strong presentation skills
