Country Sales Leader in Telco Sector

We are looking for a communicative person, an enthusiast of seeking for new customers and support them in growing their business through Comarch’s Software solutions for Telecommunication sector. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with potential clients.
Comarch's Telecommunications Sector is responsible for designing, producing, implementing and integrating advanced IT systems for telecommunications companies, including global players - Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, British Telecom, KPN, LGU+ (South Korea), SCSK (Japan), Viasat (USA) and many others on 6 continents.


  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or Telecommunication
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Sales in Telecommunications / IT market
  • Knowledge of telco systems and system architecture
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer interaction and sales presentation skills
  • Good capacity for understanding customer issues and ability to adapt your proposals to their challenges
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic, perceptive, autonomous and organized
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and assertiveness 
  • Experience in partner management - nice to have


  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Creating new business opportunities for Comarch and building direct contacts with potential clients in Italy
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships
  • Implementation of established sales strategy plans
  • Participation in commercial negotiations and preparation of commercial contracts
  • Preparing of commercial offers and sales of the company's products
  • Preparation of sales reports and analyses
  • Market research and competition analysis
  • Stay up-to-date and develop a deep understanding of latest developments in telco systems and technologies
  • Close cooperation with marketing, production and consultant departments
