CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Experience in dealing with customer requests either over the phone or in writing
• Excellent language skills – Italian and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Self-reliance and responsibility is required
• Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
• Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to increase Comarch’s customer satisfaction
• Receiving and processing requests from clients
• Provide world-class support service and assistance to customers via phone, email, and our ticket system
• Client training (web, phone and e-mail)
