EDI Onboarding Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology
  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Previous work with EDI systems
  • Good understanding of business processes and Electronic Data Interchange sets used in retail and FMCG industries
  • Hands on Experience with Test and Defect Management Tools. (i.e., JIRA)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


  • Execute onboarding process for all EDI trading partners of Comarch’s EDI clients
  • Coordinate with Comarch’s teams as well as the EDI client ,their EDI business partners and third-party EDI provider
  • Ensure that Client’s business partners are properly onboarded onto the Client’s EDI platform
  • Monitor daily progress of the onboarding projects
  • Ensure that the EDI business partners are completing the necessary tests to properly onboard onto Client’s EDI system
  • Generate reports to be shared with Comarch’s teams and Comarch’s EDI Client to track the progress of the onboarding services
  • Answer questions from the Client’s EDI partners that may arise during the onboarding process
  • Collaborate effectively with broader IT team in responding to EDI issues that are reported through the IT ticketing system


Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.

  • Base Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00/yr., actual pay will be based on relevant qualifications and experience
