- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of work experience as Facility Manager, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or in similar roles, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and the ability to represent the executive and the organization effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time, both domestic and international
Your responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Data Center facility
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and secure
- Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and repairs
- Implement and enforce security protocols, Data Center operational policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance, and facility-related documents
- Ensure inventory of Data Center equipment and supplies
- Manage Executives' calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle all aspects of travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating itineraries
- Arrange, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Track all county, state, and federal guidelines and licenses associated with business operations
