Following initial training on our ERP solutions, you will be involved in the implementation phases of our solution for our customers.
As such, your tasks will be as follows:
Analysing business processes and customer expectations;
Write the functional configuration file for the project;
Ensuring that the solution is configured in line with customer requirements;
Provide feedback on customer requirements to help define the roadmap;
Ensuring that customer requirements are fed back into the definition of the roadmap;
You have completed 5 years of higher education at an engineering school and are dynamic, perceptive, autonomous and organised;
You have previous experience in a similar role;
You have knowledge of retail;
You enjoy mastering all the parameters of an IT solution;
You have a good understanding of customer issues;
You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team;
You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team;
You are persistent in achieving your objectives and motivated to strive for excellence;
You are fluent in English.
