Candidate profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Curiosity and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn about marketing and lead generation,  business development (previous knowledge is a plus, but not required!).

Your responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential business leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Research and target new business opportunities in our key industries (Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Assist in tracking and managing leads in our CRM system.
• Support the team in organizing and attending business development events.
