CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related,
• Knowledge of BSS, OSS and Campaign Management Solutions
• Good knowledge of industry standards in Telecommunications and and market best practices
• Experience in the area of establishing quality assurance processes and execution of quality control activities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Analytical approach, curiosity, identifying potential problems, looking ahead
• Teamwork skills, positive attitude, readiness to seek for solutions

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the customer in analysis and design of the complete solution, by taking into account client requirements (listen, discover and actively gather business needs)
• Effectively communicate with other architects to accomplish goals, develop creative solutions, verify results and quality
• Explain results to customers, collect feedback and improvement suggestions, communicate and mediate to understand issues
• Specify documentation requests, verify documents quality, participate in improving existing information
