Junior Implementation Consultant / IT Delivery Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and highly proactive EDI & e-Invoicing Implementation Specialist to join our international implementation & operational support team. In this key technical and client-facing role, you will bridge global clients with our development and engineering teams in Poland, driving seamless system rollouts, operational excellence and customer success.

Candidate Profile

• Documented experience in implementing IT systems
• Hands-on experience in positions combining technical project execution with direct customer contact
• Very good command of English without accent traces enabling fluent technical communication with internal and external clients
• Knowledge of other Asian languages such as Chinese, Mandarin or Japanese as a strong plus
• Fluent use of implementation and ticketing tools including JIRA
• Practical knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Practical usage of AI tools for work execution, process automation and daily task optimization
• Ability to act proactively and independently in a dynamic operational environment

Your Responsibilities

• Execution of implementation activities for EDI and e-Invoicing projects
• Operational support in the region regarding the implementation and maintenance of active clients
• Direct cooperation in an international environment with Polish technical and development teams during ongoing implementations
• Reporting Service Level Agreement (SLA) indicators and handling customer satisfaction surveys for selected clients
• Future support for sales activities on behalf of the production team as a domain expert in EDI and e-Invoicing
