Key Account Manager – International Markets (Africa, Australia, New Zealand)

We’re seeking a dedicated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategic partnerships with clients across Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

We’re looking for a candidate with a proven track record in enterprise IT solution sales (SaaS preferred), who thrives on building long-term client relationships and growing business within existing accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role for a highly driven professional eager to take ownership of our flagship product and contribute directly to our global expansion.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B/tech sales
  • Solid understanding of the IT sector and business processes
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30% of working time)

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships, driving new opportunities and expanding our client base in the Africa and ANZ regions
  • Deliver exceptional sales results by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, marketing, consulting) to tailor and deliver best-fit solutions to clients
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in the loyalty industry and leverage this knowledge to support business growth
