CANDIDATE PROFILE:• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
• Linux/UNIX administration skills
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
• Practice with load-balancing technology
• Hardware support and maintenance know-how
• Understanding of virtualization technology
• Experience in VMware, OpenStack
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms (Zabbix, Nagios)
• Good knowledge of Ansible and Python
• Certain acquaintance of bash
• Containers technology insight
• Fluent English
• Eager to learn, capable of working under a strict timeline
• Public clouds expertise will be a plus (AWS, Google, Azure)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:• Day to day operations related to
Data Center support and maintenance services of hardware, hosted in the Comarch Data Center
in Mesa, AZ and Chicago, IL• Providing support for application teams
• Fulfilling configuration requests
• Resolving incidents
• Handling alerts from the monitoring system
• Cooperating closely with Data Center teams located in different regions
• Analyzing incidents, providing root-cause analysis reports
• Recommending and implementing improvements
