  • Deep knowledge and understanding marketing practices in consumer markets and loyalty marketing
  • Strong initiative, be results-oriented and have well-proven influencing /impact skills
  • 3-5 years of experience working in software consulting or client facing role (e.g. client manager, sales consultant)
  • Good understanding of product offering, USP and pitch
  • Great presentation skills

  • Problem-solving attitude and strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, working independently
  • Follower of newest marketing trends
  • Willing to work under pressure, meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills


  • Identify, manage and address enterprise customer’s needs, in the field of marketing, loyalty and customer engagement
  • Define IT requirements, based on the business objectives and requirements
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients, with the support of the sales team
  • Quote and proposal preparation with other departments within the Comarch global structure (sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.)
  • Travel extensively worldwide
  • Contract negotiations
  • Co-operate with the product team to drive innovation and change on product roadmaps


Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.

  • Base Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $152,000.00 /yr., actual pay will be based on relevant qualifications and experience
