Candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with business customers (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, IT)
  • Fluent in English, with strong professional verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the U.S. loyalty market, including emerging trends, and consumer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical and technical skills that support clear, logical thinking, working with business requirements and informed decision-making across complex business scenarios.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with focus on meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of SQL, JIRA and Confluence would be a strong asset
  • Travel requirement: up to 25%

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the Client's marketing and loyalty communication in a Campaign Management tool
  • Configuration of the Client's Loyalty Management tool
  • Translating clients business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations
  • Support in Campaign and Loyalty Strategy planning
  • Daily communication with the Client
  • Conducting short trainings and presentations
