Comarch is looking for an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to work with clients in the United States. Candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, IT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with business customers (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, IT)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
  • Knowledge of software supporting sales and loyalty programs
  • Very Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize own work
  • Knowledge of retail or travel industry would be an advantage

Your responsibilities

  • Close cooperation with clients in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations
  • Cooperation with Software Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements
  • Configuration of loyalty management application
  • Testing of configured rules in the system to assure business requirements compliance
  • Analysis of the loyalty program performance
  • Coordination of external contractors and marketing service suppliers
  • Business and technical consultations for clients
