Candidate profile
Education & Experience
- Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the insurance sector or collaborating with the insurance industry at a software vendor/consulting company - ideally within Life & Pension or Health Insurance
- Strong knowledge of processes and regulations concerning Life & Pension, Health (individual and group) insurance
- Experience in actively participating in digital transformation projects or implementing policy/claims management systems within an insurance companies is highly valued
- Prior experience in the vendor selection process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) is preferred
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with various project management methodologies is an asset
Language & Soft Skills
- Fluent English and French is mandatory
- Dutch or German is a significant plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
- Proven ability to quickly acquire knowledge, be self-driven, and continuously expand horizons

Your responsibilities
As a key member of the international team, your focus will be on supporting the various process through in-depth product knowledge and business expertise. Your core tasks will include:
- Partner with top insurance companies (Life & Pension, Health) to identify business needs and deliver tailored IT solutions
- Support the sales team, from discovery meetings and compelling product demonstrations to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and contract negotiations, often acting as the leading or supporting consultant
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality product presentations for both business users and executive-level management within the insurance industry
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights for our product and development teams
- Co-create the future of Comarch's insurance solutions by analyzing market trends, technological advancements, planned regulatory changes, and client feedback
- Support clients during the initial concept and planning phases of their digital transformation strategies
- Prepare top-tier offers that clearly articulate the technical, functional, and experiential advantages of Comarch’s solutions
- Represent Comarch at industry conferences and trade shows, potentially as a speaker
