We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in São Paulo. If you have a strong marketing or IT background and enjoy combining technical knowledge with client-facing activities, this opportunity is for you.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or background in Marketing or Information Technology.
- Languages: Portuguese – fluent, English – professional proficiency, Spanish – desirable.
- Mandatory technical skills: Google Workspace (Google Docs, Notebook LM, Gemini), Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, technical understanding and pre-sales background.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to deliver high-impact technical demonstrations that articulate product value to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional written and communication skills, with a focus on creating professional documentation, proposals, or content.
- Self-motivated with a bias for action and a proven ability to identify and solve problems independently.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities and sales strategy execution.
- Prepare and respond to RFI/RFP documentation.
- Create and manage professional documentation and presentations.
- Develop high-quality materials using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Support social media and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate solution positioning.
- Provide product demos with functional insights during the early stages of the sales process.
- Served as a brand ambassador at industry conferences and networking events to drive engagement and lead generation.
