Are you competitive, self-motivated and an overachiever? We are growing quickly and we are looking for a OSS Telecommunications Pre-sales Engineer to support our Director of Business Development in growing the North American telecommunication market.


  • Degree in business, computer science, telecommunications, or technical studies
  • Desire to work in sales and build a career in sales
  • Min.2 years of relevant experience working within a telecommunications technical presales position
  • Technical background and understanding of telecommunications technologies with a focus on Operational Support Systems and services
  • General knowledge of the North American telecommunication OSS market and products
  • Customer relationship sustaining skills
  • Agility to keep abreast with North American telecommunication landscape
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, CRM and telecommunication processes
  • Ability to map customer requirements and functional needs to existing functionalities of software
  • Goal oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Availability for business trips (approximately 40% of working time)
  • Strong presentation skills


  • Identify customer’s needs and requirements to determine solution from Comarch OSS portfolio
  • Create business and commercial offers of Comarch OSS software and services
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs and other forms of requests with commercial proposals of Comarch OSS software and services
  • Visioning proposed OSS telecommunications approach and creating business cases for prospective clients
  • Prepare and conduct presentations of the offered solutions to both technical and business teams
  • Take an active role in negotiations, providing both technical and commercial support to the sales team
  • Attends industry events such as trade shows, conferences
  • Monitor market trends in the United States
