Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in working with business clients
- Fluent command of the English language
- Ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations
- Technical education and experience in an IT company are a plus
- Experience in working with loyalty systems
Your Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation, control, and reporting of online and offline campaigns
- Troubleshooting and handling of escalations
- Program performance reporting
- Set-up, testing, and delivery of newsletters
- Configuration and testing of incentives
- Strategic and conceptual development
- Continuous improvement of rewards stores, focusing on the rewards portfolio and store functionalities
