Sales Lead Generation Specialist

We're searching for a motivated individual to join Comarch as a Sales Lead Generation Specialist. Drive new business and generate demand through strategic sales and marketing. Join us in Arizona!

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years’ experience working in sales or lead generation (preferably in a software company)
• Strong documentation skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Figma)
• Proven knowledge of marketing tools, CRM, and lead management platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, customer interaction, and presentation skills
• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Occasional moderate travel availability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Your responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective campaigns for lead generation and sales
• Develop demand generation strategies and targeted audience awareness
• Generate and qualify leads, identify potential clients
• Identify opportunities for content creation to enhance value for leads
• Assemble business cases for outreach and campaign design
• Ensure timely maintenance of opportunity data in CRM
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Consulting, and Marketing teams
