Candidate profile
- Professional experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience in key account management, business development, or sales of IT solutions
- Expertise: Knowledge of the CEE telecommunications market; existing network within telecommunications operators; technical and procedural knowledge in the field of telecommunications and IT project processes, High affinity for digital topics and new technologies
- Working style: Entrepreneurial spirit; initiative in shaping business relationships; enjoyment of contact with customers up to C-level; High service orientation; confident presentation skills; persuasiveness; independent, results- and process-oriented approach to work; excellent communication skills; high level of commitment and confident manner
- Languages: Very good English skills
Your responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and supporting new business opportunities within the local telecommunication market and at the group level
- Managing tender projects (RfQ/RfP) and coordinating the preparation of offers in an international team
- Supporting existing customers (key account management), regular communication with customers and business partners at both management (up to C-level) and administrative levels
- Independent development and implementation of proactive strategies for customer acquisition combined with regular market and competition monitoring
- Advising customers on our products, particularly on topics related to digitalization and process optimization
- Supporting our customers from problem analysis to solution design in close cooperation with our pre-sales consultants
- Carrying out the quotation process and contract negotiations
- Supporting projects in the implementation phase
- Expanding and maintaining an extensive network of decision-makers in the telecommunications market
- Representing the company at industry conferences, meetings and trade fairs
