Senior Business Solutions Manager

As a Business Solution Manager, you will be responsible for providing presales technical and functional support to prospective clients for Comarch’s CRM & Marketing software solutions.
The CRM & Marketing Suite consists of loyalty marketing, campaign management, analytics and gamification software solutions. You will strategically design software solutions to align with clients’ business objectives and goals to drive sales.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • The candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related field, or equivalent work experience in sales or consulting in the software/IT industry
  • 5-7 years experience working in a software consulting or the client-facing role (e.g. client manager, sales consultant)
  • Experience in the loyalty marketing or analytics software industry a plus
  • Experience in application solution architecture a plus
  • Strong and confident with presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel required

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with prospective clients on their needs and recommend the appropriate Comarch loyalty solutions
  • Gather customer business, functional and technical requirements
  • Analyze the existing client environment
  • Propose the appropriate solution
  • Understand and articulate advanced product features and benefits of Comarch solutions
  • Perform presentations and demonstrations of Comarch’s CRM & Marketing software solutions to prospective clients to show how Comarch’s solutions fulfill the client’s requirements
  • Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and most client-facing materials during the sales process
  • Coordinate distributed IT teams to gather all required information needed
  • Actively maintain deep knowledge and continued learning in designated product areas including: Comarch's current product offerings, hosting and technical architecture, Comarch product demos, Future/roadmap enhancements, Case studies of reference accounts
  • Competitive offerings (e.g. Aimia, LoyaltyOne, Kobie Marketing, Epsilon, Oracle)
  • Actively participate with business development activities
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to find new clients and learn about loyalty marketing, campaign management, analytics and gamification solutions
  • Monitor loyalty industry specific trends and IT innovations
  • Relate new or in-demand product features to the product team for roadmap ideas
  • Be willing to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20% travel required)
