We’re the e-Invoicing Sector – a high-growth, global business at the forefront of e-invoicing, tax compliance, and fintech automation for enterprise clients worldwide. We operate across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and APAC, and we don’t just follow market trends – we help define the future of cross-border e-invoicing and B2B compliance. We have a clear ambition: to become one of the top 5 e-invoicing providers globally. Delivering on that means accelerating our expansion across the high-velocity ASEAN and broader APAC markets.
We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant who combines technical depth with commercial sharpness to act as the primary solution authority and a key driver of our growth across the region. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise buyers, tax directors and IT leaders. In close collaboration with Regional Sales Directors, you will co-design account acquisition strategies, conduct technical discovery and deliver tailored solution presentations and product demos.

Hands-on knowledge of e-invoicing and electronic document exchange, including UBL, XML, PEPPOL, EDI, API/web-service integrations, digital signatures and archiving
Solid understanding of finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) and how ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle produce and receive invoices
Proven track record of winning enterprise deals through discovery sessions, tailored product demos, proofs of concept and written RFP responses
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements and system architecture simply to technical and C-level audiences
Fluency in spoken and written English (C1 or higher) alongside business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Thai
Right to work in the Philippines or readiness to relocate
Willingness to travel across APAC approximately 20–30% of the time
Your Responsibilities
Discovery & Qualification: Run discovery sessions with finance, tax, IT and procurement teams; qualify opportunities alongside Sales
Demos & Workshops: Deliver tailored product demos, proofs of concept and technical workshops

Bids & Proposals: Lead the technical response to RFIs and RFPs; write solution descriptions, compliance matrices, and effort estimates; review pricing and scope with Sales and Delivery
Hand-over to Delivery: Document agreed scope, assumptions and risks to ensure smooth onboarding; support the initial project implementation phase where needed
Partner & Channel Support: Train and enable local partners, system integrators, and ERP vendors on product positioning and technical fit
Market Feedback & Marketing: Pass client and regulatory insights back to Product Management; participate in webinars, industry conferences, case studies and sales collateral creation
