Senior Public Relations Manager

The Comarch team is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Public Relations Manager to join our growing team in the United States and Canada. The Senior Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives that promote Comarch's brand, products, and services in North America. This role requires a creative thinker with strong media relations skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of PR strategies that drive brand awareness and positively influence public perception in the North American market.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Must have 7+ years of public relations experience and a robust network within the PR and media community
- Must have familiarity in the tech sector, including trends and challenges
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Manager or similar role
- Strong media relations network and established contacts with journalists and influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into PR initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management and issue resolution
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in working with senior leaders within an organization
- Proficiency in PR software/tools and understanding of digital PR tactics
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage all PR initiatives
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Great management skills for managing multiple projects at once
Your responsibilities:
- Oversees public relations for the USA and Canada. Manages all relationships and expectations with PR agency partners
- Familiarity with the tech sector, including trends and challenges
- A robust network within the PR and media community
- Develops and executes comprehensive PR strategies that align with Comarch's overall objectives and messaging
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage
- Creates compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Coordinates media interviews, press conferences, and speaking engagements for executives and spokespeople across the Comarch organization
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive media outreach.
- Manages and oversees crisis communications and issues management, providing timely and effective responses
- Collaborates closely with marketing, social media, branding, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Measure and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in PR and communications
For you:
Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.
- Base Salary Range:$106,000.00 - $159,000.00 /yr., actual pay will be based on relevant qualifications and experience
