CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in one of fields: Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Service delivery management and are passionate about this field
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English and Thai
  • Analytical thinking, communication skills, flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good ability to understand customer issues and you know how to adapt your proposals to their challenges
  • Interpersonal skills and enjoying teamwork
  • Commitment to make thing happen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct support to clients
  • Manage client’s standard request and change requests
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients in the region
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, support (during common working hours) and maintenance teams in Poland (on-call support teams).
  • Prepare and present operation reports to the clients
  • Ensure compliance with SLA’s and deadlines
  • Ensure the allocation of tasks and their progress
  • Ensure reporting to the Project Director and the various project stakeholders
