CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, IT or last year students (4th or 5th year)
- Excellent command of German is essential
- Good written and spoken command of English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Self-reliance and responsibility
- Ability to work under time pressure
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing technical support and world-class customer service via phone and e-mail for clients using COMARCH E-Invoicing/EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Services and other IT solutions
- Organizing training for clients presenting information of our products and services
- Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
