Do you want to work globally, engage with clients from different continents, and have a real impact on the growth of an IT business? Join our team as a Solution Consultant and develop projects with us in the GCC, Africa, and Asia regions.

We are looking for someone who wants to combine consulting with presales, analyze client needs, present solutions, and actively support Comarch's business development in international markets. If you have experience in customer experience or loyalty systems and thrive in a dynamic, international environment – this role is for you.

We work globally, cooperating with clients from various cultures and industries, and regularly participate in business meetings and events (including international travel – approx. 20% of the time)


Candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Loyalty, presales, or IT consulting
  • Excellent English skills (daily communication with international clients and teams)
  • Experience in delivering presentations and leading client meetings (from workshops to industry event speaking engagements)
  • Ability to bridge the gap between analyzing client needs and proposing tailored business solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactivity, commitment, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of current IT technology trends
  • Readiness for business travel (approx. 20% of the time)

Nice to have:
  • Experience in preparing RFP (Request for Proposal) responses
  • Practical use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for documentation and analysis
  • Knowledge of sales or presales methodologies

Your responsibilities

  • Building and developing long-term client relationships in the GCC, Africa, and Asia regions
  • Identifying client business needs and aligning Comarch solutions to meet them
  • Supporting sales processes – preparing proposals and participating in RFP responses
  • Leading meetings, workshops, and presentations (including solution demos) for international clients
  • Collaborating with consulting, sales, and product teams to evolve the service offering
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and events
