We’re looking for a committed Talent and Business Partner Acquisition to join Comarch’s team in Milan. You would be part of a small and tight-knit team within an international company driven by innovation. A team player with a bias for action, you are passionate about all things digital and have great people skills.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or relevant work experience
  • Experience selecting and recruiting candidates, ideally within the IT sector
  • Knowledge of industry jargon and familiarity with recruiting tools
  • Fluent Italian
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level minimum)
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Proactiveness and ability to work independently
  • Empathy and impeccable communication skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You would be responsible for designing and implementing Comarch’s recruitment strategy to find, attract and retain top talent as well Business Partner

Your responsibilities:

  • Ongoing cooperation with management, sector vertical teams and head office’s HR department in the implementation of the Italian recruitment process
  • Keep up-to-date with developments on the job market
  • Actively searching for and reaching out to candidates
  • Supporting HR activities, including regular feedback sessions, career paths, internal promotions
  • Helping management identify and solve problems in the people area
  • Contacting and engaging with candidates and partners with a view to establishing and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Supervising new employees onboarding
  • Building a positive reputation for Comarch as an employer
