CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Higher education in IT, Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science
- Fluent English for daily contact with clients
- Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn
- Nice to have:
- knowledge about telecommunication networks and technologies (GSM / UMTS / LTE, ATM, SDH, PDH, IP / Metro, xWDM, Microwaves)
- knowledge of development technologies (svn, git, jenkins)
- being familiar with:
- Linux based OS (commands, administration)
- SQL
- Oracle database
- IP networks
- monitoring tools (grafana, zabbix, icinga, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES- Diagnose and resolve tickets with the assistance of more experienced employees
- Record tickets and handle ticketing systems
- Handle standard changes to system configuration
- Provide technical support to customers
- Provide ongoing support regarding system operation
- Provide training and give presentations
- Work with programmers who maintain systems
- Prepare reports and summaries on customer support
- Create and update documentation
