  • Higher education in IT, Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science
  • Fluent English for daily contact with clients
  • Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn
  • Nice to have:
    • knowledge about telecommunication networks and technologies (GSM / UMTS / LTE, ATM, SDH, PDH, IP / Metro, xWDM, Microwaves)
    • knowledge of development technologies (svn, git, jenkins)
    • being familiar with:
    • Linux based OS (commands, administration)
    • SQL
    • Oracle database
    • IP networks
    • monitoring tools (grafana, zabbix, icinga, etc.)


  • Diagnose and resolve tickets with the assistance of more experienced employees
  • Record tickets and handle ticketing systems
  • Handle standard changes to system configuration
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Provide ongoing support regarding system operation
  • Provide training and give presentations
  • Work with programmers who maintain systems
  • Prepare reports and summaries on customer support
  • Create and update documentation
