    Join our design team as a UX Designer and take an active part in the process of creating digital products. Our team is constantly improving usability, appearance and overall user experience. Design systems, applications and processes for our customers with us.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Higher education
    • Ability to translate business requirements into application UX concepts
    • Experience conducting research with end users, but we don't expect you to be a researcher
    • Experience in preparing interactive and static mock-ups
    • We design according to UCD so empathy for users and their needs makes us important!
    • Experience in working with internal and external clients
    • Ability to work independently and in teams – also in interdisciplinary teams
    • Good communication skills; listening, passing on knowledge, convincing one's reasons, accepting criticism
    • Welcome: Experience in working as a UX Designer – it is important that you move freely in tools (Axure, Sketch, Flinto or similar). In this profile, depending on your experience, we can propose positions from the path from Junior UX Designer to Senior UX Designer


    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Designing services and user interfaces in Comarch products implemented on web and mobile platforms
    • Work in projects for domestic and foreign clients
    • Ongoing cooperation with analysts, graphic designers, programmers as part of development and implementation projects
    • Participation in research projects
    • Cooperation in defining business requirements for IT systems
