The Comarch AI Hackathon 2025 was a true explosion of creativity, energy, and technological flow. AI enthusiasts, innovators, and people passionate about building “future-ready” solutions came together in one place. And with only one day to complete their projects, the adrenaline was even higher!
The result? AI prototypes that surprised not only the jury but also the participants themselves.
AI Technologies at the Heart of the Hackathon
The projects revolved around cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies, including:
- AI Agents – autonomous modules capable of decision-making, action, and collaboration
- Google ADK – a platform for creating intelligent data flows and experimenting with AI models
- Generative tools – supporting analysis, design, and process automation
These tools allowed teams to build systems that responded to, analyzed, and predicted events, improving real business processes.
From Ideas to AI Prototypes
The hackathon kicked off intensely. Teams analyzed real business use cases, planned how AI could help solve them, and then designed solutions with tangible business value.
The development process included:
- designing system architecture
- building AI agents
- integrations and testing
- refinements and iterative improvements
The results went far beyond typical hackathon MVPs.
One standout project was Maria Wróblewska’s team, which created a solution to support business analysts. Their AI agents processed unstructured notes and meeting transcripts, turning them into ready-to-use user stories automatically sent to Jira.

Knowledge Sharing, Networking, and Inspiration
The pace was intense, but the atmosphere encouraged collaboration and knowledge exchange. Participants shared AI experiences, best practices for agent integration, and techniques for experimenting with models.
The hackathon was also a great networking opportunity – discussions often turned into mini-workshops on architecture, analytics, and solving business challenges.
Comarch x Google Cloud – Innovative Tools for Teams
Thanks to the partnership with Google Cloud, participants worked on a modern technology stack including Google ADK, generative tools, and agent-building systems.
Katarzyna Bednarowicz from Google Cloud highlighted that the hackathon was an ideal environment for experimenting with professional tools. Krzysztof Zawierucha (EMEA North Apps Lead) emphasized that such events strengthen collaboration and help create practical solutions that support day-to-day work.
Comarch AI Hackathon Jury – Experience and Diverse Perspectives
The jury evaluated projects based on technology, business value, and implementation potential. It included leaders from Comarch and Google Cloud, representing strategy, management, and technical expertise.
Jury Members:
- Joanna Bilewicz – Vice President, Chief People Officer (Comarch)
- Łukasz Bolikowski – Chief AI Officer (Comarch)
- Łukasz Maślaniec – Head of Value Creation Plan (Comarch)
- Michał Mędrala – Vice President, Services Sector Director (Comarch)
- Agnieszka Słonecka – Pursuit Lead (Google)
- Krzysztof Zawierucha – EMEA North Apps Lead (Google)
- Mikołaj Stefaniak – Strategic Cloud Engineer (Google)
Łukasz Bolikowski noted that the hackathon gave teams the opportunity to unleash their creativity and bring latent ideas to life.
Final Presentations – LIVE AI Demos
During the final stage, teams had only a few minutes to present their projects. The jury evaluated:
- clear problem definition and business value
- consistency in solution design
- maturity of the AI architecture
- LIVE DEMO – actual functioning of the prototype
The audience could witness systems analyzing real-time data, coordinating agent workflows, and automating tasks that previously required manual intervention.

Winners of Comarch AI Hackathon 2025
🥇 1st Place - Team BSS
Project: A.B.I. – Assisted Bill Inquirer (“Abby”)
The solution supported the analysis of complex telecom invoices, reducing processing time and easing the workload of Call Center agents.
🥈 2nd Place - Team People
The team developed a tool to analyze candidate feedback after recruitment processes, generating reports and dashboard data for actionable insights.
🥉 3rd Place - Agenty, do Usług!
The project automated business requirement creation – from notes and transcripts to ready-to-use user stories in Jira.

Conclusion - AI Ready for Deploymen
In just one day, teams created prototypes ready for real-world implementation. The hackathon demonstrated that AI agents open new possibilities for building processes and tools faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
If one day could produce such results, we can’t wait to see what the next edition will bring!
