Account Based Marketing Manager

• Minimum Bachelor level in Marketing or relevant field
• 5-7 years’ work experience in Marketing or as a Marketing Program Manager
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Expert on preparing and delivering effective slide presentations
• Experience with digital tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Email/Marketing Automation tools
• Experience on digital marketing with a focus on lead generation as well as experience creating and optimizing web, email and digital marketing strategies
• Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
• Industry experience (HealthCare, IoT, Loyalty, EDI) or B2B innovation is a strong plus
• Proven track record developing account-based marketing (ABM) programs


• Create, manage and execute account-based marketing programs to drive leads and platform adoption
• Lead the team in developing an overall marketing strategy
• Collaborate closely with sales to develop the strategies, processes, and content required to execute best-in-class ABM programs
• Perform in-depth research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Working up detailed buyer personas/customer journey mapping -  Gather and share industry and account-based intelligence such as mapping the organizational decision-makers,
• Identify/solidify selling opportunities
• Develop metrics to measure the performance of existing campaigns
• Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
• Develop growth strategies with the sales team
• Conducting competitive research based on goals of local BU’s
