Business Analyst

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Basic knowledge of Oracle/J2EE stack
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills, self-reliance and organizational skills
• Experience in data interpretation and transforming data into a management level presentation
• Able to work autonomously with solid decision-making skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple projects

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Cooperate with product management and design team on building software requirements specification
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure client’s needs and requirements are met
• Create workflow diagrams to visually represent business processes
• Identify problems or roadblocks with business requirements and provide recommendations or modifications to the solution
• Participate and prepare presentations at customer meetings
