Candidate profile
- Degree in Economics, Business, or Healthcare.
- 6+ years of work experience (preferably in Healthcare).
- Great network in the Healthcare market (Goverment, Hospitals, Insurance,etc).
- Excellent written and spoken command of English and French (native level is preferred).
- Charismatic and optimistic in day-to-day work as well as patient, confident and determined.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently.
Your responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities for Comarch’s innovative turnkey healthcare solution, including IT systems, consultancy services, and operational support.
- Focus on French-speaking markets, identifying and approaching potential clients across the healthcare ecosystem (Governments, Insurers, Hospitals, etc.).
- Create, develop, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through direct outreach and networking.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Comarch Telemedicine's solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while aligning with the client’s expectations and Comarch’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, identify challenges, and track competitors, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
- Drive and coordinate the proposal preparation process, collaborating closely with internal teams (product, legal, finance, operations).
