Candidate profile
- Intellectual agility to build knowledge of the loyalty landscape in North America
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, loyalty and CRM processes and platforms required
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or loyalty program management within enterprise-level organizations
- A strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and loyalty solutions
- Proven ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
Your responsibilities
- Partner with the Department Director to craft smart, innovative, and strategic sales approaches for our Loyalty Marketing Platform and Solutions in North America.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships, driving new opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Manage both inbound leads and proactively generate high-value outbound opportunities.
- Develop, prioritize, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to maximize growth potential.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales revenue, profitability, and customer engagement targets.
- Engage in sales discovery, client meetings, and contract negotiations to drive successful deals.
- Deliver compelling in-person sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay ahead of loyalty industry trends to inform strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Represent Comarch at conferences and industry events, actively engaging with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales processes, account development, and management strategies to enhance efficiency and impact.
